Hi, I'm Mike Carrizales, owner of Pixels by Mike Photography. I’ve been happily married since 2002 and am a proud father of three wonderful kids. Based in Parker, CO, I’m lucky to call Colorado my home, and I love capturing memories in its stunning landscapes—from the plains to the mountains.

My passion for photography began in high school and college, where I discovered the joy of freezing moments in time. What started as a personal passion quickly grew into a business in 2009, as more and more people turned to me to capture their most important moments. Since then, I’ve photographed over 200 weddings and more than 300 portrait sessions, each one offering its own unique story to tell.

I focus on creating timeless, emotion-filled images that my clients will treasure for years to come. My photographic style blends creativity with a candid, photojournalistic approach, ensuring that your true personality and story shine through every shot.

I like to keep things fun, laid-back, and stress-free during sessions while being efficient and professional—especially when things get busy! Whether I’m working on a senior portrait session or a wedding, I strive to create a relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable and at their best.
